The World's Most Stylish Scammer: A Look At Tyrone Hankerson's Taste in Fashion #HU #TyroneHankerson

You may have heard about Down South Georgia Boy turned "Alleged" Super Scammer Tyrone Hankerson Jr. on Social Media the past couple of days. An explosive report revealed earlier this week that six Howard University employees stole more than a million dollars from the school and have now been fired after a whistle-blower exposed the theft on social media, reports NBC

Now, Tyrone Hankerson Jr., a former financial aid student employee, has been named at the center of the controversy. Hankerson Jr allegedly scammed big money, we are talking $429,000 from Howard’s financial aid coffers.

Hankerson Jr. has now deactivated all of his social media accounts, but that doesn’t mean the internet doesn’t still have receipts. Photos of the former Howard Law student show him Living His Best Life in the finest of fabrics, most expensive clothes, designer bags and even a personal videographer so that he could do it for the gram.

Hankerson Jr. has since issued a statement to ABC News thanking his supporters and saying that “I have done nothing illegal or wrong. When the truth comes out, it will be confirmed that I followed all rules and protocol with the approval of the then financial aid officers in any grants, scholarships or awards given to me as a student who attended class all year round and traveled abroad.”

1. QUIT being jealous of others.

There's a reason it's called the green-eyed monster... Because honey.... jealousy is ugly. And where did it ever get you, anyway?

Jealousy is angry, agitated worry.

When you notice that you are feeling jealous, take a second, breathe slowly, chill and observe your thoughts and feelings. Understand that your jealous thoughts are not the same thing as  your REALITY. You may think that your partner is interested in someone else, but that doesn’t mean that they really are. Thinking and reality are different.

Do me a favor and QUIT being jealous of others, and anytime you feel jealous remind yourself how great you are!

2. Be GENEROUS.

You can make the world a better place...by being free with your time, energy and money--is a good place to start. By doing so you can create a domino effect that encourages others to follow in your footsteps..... then boom everyone is happy!

Giving is better than receiving! 

3. Be APPRECIATIVE.

Besides, just think about it....you have a lot.

Folks who are appreciative are more satisfied with their relationships with friends and family. They’re happier, less depressed and less stressed. They feel more in control of their lives, have higher self-esteem and cope better when things get tough. 

Don't HATE, APPRECIATE! 

4. ERADICATE FEAR.

Fear can deter people from taking action yet if you never try anything you'll never achieve anything.

By claiming your fear, you have the power to change it. Often anger is a defense against feeling fear. If we deny our strong negative emotions, they don’t go away. Other people can often sense them, and we’re more likely to project them onto other people and situations. Name, claim, and release your negative emotions in a safe way.

Who said polka dots couldn't be sexy? I love polka dots because they are a nod to a simpler time. I personally love to experiment with different prints, shapes and cuts of fabric.  The billowy blouse was a stark contrast to the leggings, but overall I feel they paired well for an eye catching look.

One of our fave stylistas Olivia Palermo opted for Polka Dot pants, I love the wide leg look, shades and blouse. The white stands out against the red carpet.

Kerry Washington is always polished to perfection. She paired a red lip and red nails with a polka dot bell sleeve dress.

Rihanna played down her polka dot heels with a pair of denim cutoffs and a headband.
